So Mz. Meathead says ” I gotta Hankerin’ for Henry Hunans HOT & SOUR Chickey!” We whipped out the Henry Handbook and hunkered down for some wok and woll. Man was dinner mighty fine.

  2. OMG!!! I love and so miss Hunan!! I used to eat Hunan everyday for lunch and dinner. Just could never get enough of it! I’ve been trying to find a copy of the book for some of the recipes but have been unsuccessful 🙁 I would love to see you post the hot and sour chicken and kung pao 🙂 Maybe I could take a crack at it but I know it’d never be as good as the real thing!! Thank you!!!
