  1. Yeah, at 4.5 pounds it only took 1.5 hours to cook with barely a 15 minute prep time. The sheer volume of juice it produced was staggering and the fat was just starting to crisp up. Sliced and served with fresh corn on its own cob.

    Heh, I’VE GOT A MONKEY !!! Thanks on the color, it comes out of the camera like that. The monkey shot was done with a shoe-mounted speedlight pointed way to the left, bouncing off white door.
