Each roast serves approximately six people and must be special ordered
by Wednesday April 7. For pick up at Berkeley Farmer’s market,

Ok, Biggles, here’s my proposition: I’ll send some money for you to buy stuff for me, in general. You can use some of it for the lamb roast, provided you save, in your freezer, a slice with pan gravy for me. Is this a deal we can strike?

Well, saturday I picked up 3 of those roasts and they’ve made it out.

Man, I have to say using quality ingredients and meat really make a difference. This is insane crazy flavor in the house.
